Keep the ALT key pressed down, while you press down your left mouse button as well. Keep pressing the ALT key and your mouse button at the same time to scroll through your chart. Pressing down the space bar has the same effect as using the ALT key.
Keep the ALT key pressed down and use the scroll wheel of your mouse to zoom in out.
Click with your middle mouse button on a symbol to select the symbol in the palette, so you can use it for drawing more symbols of the same kind.
Keep the ctrl key pressed down while clicking on symbols in your freeform crochet chart to select multiple symbols.
Click again on a selected symbol together with the ctrl key pressed down to remove the symbol from the selection.
