Your name is saved, because we prefer not to write you anonymously. In our communication we can write you personally.
When you set a chart to be publicly accessible, your name is displayed along your chart, so that you can show that you are the designer.
Your name is also used to create an invoice after making a payment.
Entering your name is not mandatory.
Your e-mail address is saved to protect access to your account, so that only you or people you share this data with can login.
Your e-mail address is used to send you updates about your account, your security notifications, your orders, answers to your support questions, and other matters related to your account.
The number of messages is limited to a minimum and only reflects actions taken by you.
You won't receive newsletters, promotional e-mails, spam or unsolicited e-mail.
The e-mail address you entered is used when sharing charts to work together on projects, but only if you use this feature.
When you fill out a contact form or send us an e-mail, the information you send us will be retained as long as required for the completion of replying to your question. We use your e-mail address only for the purpose of the communication regarding your question.
Your IP address is logged when activities takes place related to security, such as login, password change or abuse of our systems. Review your data
Your IP address is logged when making a payment, which we use for fraud detection and for looking up your country for doing tax declarations to local tax authorities.
When logging in, your user ID, IP address and user agent (browser and operating system) are saved for 30 days. This data is collected to let you review your own account activity for possible abuse.
Mollie: Payments are processed by Mollie. When making a payment, your Stitch Fiddle user ID is shared with Mollie, so we can match your payment with your account. Mollie is a Dutch (Europe) company (Stitch Fiddle is also a Dutch company). https://www.mollie.com
Mailgun: E-mail messages are sent via Mailgun. Your e-mail address will be processed to send e-mail, and possibly your name, so that we can write to you personally. Mailgun is an American company that complies with EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework. https://www.mailgun.com
Your data is saved until you decide to deleted it manually or by cancelling your account. Deleted files might be saved in your "Deleted charts" folder for 7 days after deletion or earlier when you purge your deleted charts folder.
We shall make sure that adequate safety measures are in place to prevent unauthorized access to personal data.
